Help!  I am trying to scan to my MacBook Pro and getting "an error occurred while communicating with the scanner".  Ran a Wireless Network Test Result and "No problems found.  Congratulations on the successful setup of your wireless printer."  this report lists my Mac hardware address.  I tried loading the HP Smart  app and it got nowhere!  Had to hardboot my computer to get away from the spinning colorwheel.  I am not very computer literate, and since my printer warranty is now expired, I do not seem to have access to help other than this option.  I am a bit desperate.
