Product: HP Office Jet 6500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My printer namely the black ink cartridge stopped printing. Placed a new HP black cartridge and it said, failure, it was defective. I purchased another new one and it does not print. I went through all the different steps with the HP Solution Assistant online and did the quality testing. The colored cartridges are fine, but the black one does not print. please help.
