Product: hp envy 5000 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can not seem to print now from my PC. I ran a test and the attention says More than one access point/router has been found that matches your wireless network name. would this stop the printer. The documents I have sent are in the queue but i can not get them to print. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. It used to be fine until recently.
