Hello team,

 

   I have Hp Printer model : HP Color LaserJet Pro M478f-9f and tried to install via usb and network as well. While tried to scan document not able to scan showing error" Scan to computer feature is not enabled" Please find the attached screen shot. Please suggest how to enable scan to  computer feature from web or physically. I tried to enable Hp software but option is not there.Scan.PNG
