Operating System: iOS

Hi! I have been using the HP Smart app to print double-sided using my HP 451DW printer. However, recently, I am unable to do so anymore. I don't understand where the option went? I spoke to someone on chat support who had no clue how to help me. Looking for some clues here. I've already tried looking around the "print documents" and "print options" part. I can see how to change page range, color options etc but don't see double-sided printing. Thanks!
