Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I can no longer scan using Scan to Computer on the Windows 10 (64-bit) desktop or directly from the control panel on the ENVY 5535 All-in-One printer itself. When I attempt to scan, the scanner(printer) simply hangs in Preparing to Scan and nothing happens. When I run Print and Scan Doctor, the checks fail on the driver check; I've updated the driver and retried, only with the same results. I USED to be able to do this, but haven't been able to get this to work in at least six months. HELP!
