I have a printing plan including instant ink supply for my HP ENVY 4520 All-In-One Printer

I have an ongoing error on the colour cartridge of the printer. I have completed, several times, all of the suggested fixes offered to correct the problem, nothing has Worked.

This has left with one other solution, replace the colour cartridge. I cannot because I haven’t been supplied with a replacement, and one will not be sent because of the error on the cartridge! 

How do I resolve this 'Catch 22' situation
