I changed the black cartridge in my Laserjet CP2015nw Color. I already did that in the past, no problem, but this time, when I closed the lid, at the end of the initialization process, the printer made a strange noise and got stuck with the Triangle icon turned on. Disconnecting and reconnecting power did not help. I wanted to remove the black cartridge, just in case I did not fit it in correctly, but it does not let me select the black icon, the printer is stuck at the Triangle. Pressing the "i" icon for some reason makes the Yellow icon to flash, but again, I can not select it to remove the cartridge. I can't do anything, I don't seem to be able to escape that "stuck" condition.

Please help.
