Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I bought HP deskjet 3545 printer in UAE with original cartridge 650. when i move to india here i was not able to find the 650 catridge and here the same printer usage 678 cartridge.So, I want to reset the printer to INDIA region to use Cartridge 678

How can I fix that?
