Product: Laserjet M254dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have a laserjet M254dw for my home office. Running a new MacBook Pro and set up the printer using both AirPrint (and secure AirPrint) and also using the HP easystart download. Problem is sometimes it prints fine and other times I hit print, the job goes to the print queue, print fires up or "spools" if that's the right term and then the job disappears. No printout just disappears from the print queue. Happens in both Word and also from pdf files. Happening more and more frequently and I can't seem to find any reason for it. 

Printer is less than a year old and I am quickly running out of all patience for it..... any advice? Ive run the diagnostics deleted, reinstalled etc but nothing seems to make any difference. Have seen the same issue posted but I tried ALL the advice and still nothing works......
