hello, I have a problem with my printer. When I turn my printer on a message keeps coming up saying memory device problem, (a problem with the USB Device has occurred. Remove the USB device, and then restart the printer) no usb device is connected or has been connected though... I have tried methods of such as disconecting the printer from power cord then unplugging the cord from the wall and waiting for 60 sec the plugging back in but nothing works the message keeps appearing on the screen please help me with the issiue if you can I cant do anything On the printer screen as the message pops up every secound.
