Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unsuccessful when trying to uninstall Hp eprint  software in order to re-install to try to get hp 8600 to print.  Keep getting this error message and can't go any further:  " Hp eprint SW is actively printing or a UI is open please close"....No idea what this means or how to fix it. Neither network computer has anything in it's printing que and the printer itself has been turned on and off.  If I can get it to  print anything, the page is blank.
