Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is a brand new printer which I set up and connected to my wifi then walked away until I needed to use it. Well today when I need to use it it won't print. It says it's offline and not connected to the wifi. So then I proceed to do all the crap associated with testing the router,  unplugging everything,  resetting/  updating the computer. My internet test through the printer says my connection to the internet is excellent. It's just not connected through the printer.  Ok. So I go to re set everything up again and when i try to connect the printer it says there is an unexpected error with no options to try and fix it. I try on my phone and it says I can't connect either..... I'm out a brand new printer now that I haven't even gotten to use once unless I can fix this problem. This is all through the hp smart app.
