Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am suffering from a shadow over all my text. I am using original supplies, and using HP print and scan doctor 5.4 have carried out PH alignment and cleaned PH, but it is not improving when i print the diagnostics plot. The black line appears to be printing about 1mm above all the other colors. What is strange is that when I run the PH alignment test print the text is sharp and crisp with no alignment problems, but any other test plot still gives me this shadow effect. The printer is well out of warranty, but I am really hoping that there is a fix for this as I am a loyal HP customer who has always paid for original supplies.
