I am having issues with horizontal banding in any area that uses the Cyan cartridge. I have replaced ALL of the cartridges, ran the cleaning and alignment processes multiple times, which has used a lot of ink, and it has not corrected the issue. I contacted HP and they told me that the print head was probably bad and I would need to purchase a new printer. I've only had this printer less than 2 years, but it is out of warranty. How can I fix this issue or am I just going to need a new printer? I had my last HP for over 8 years and was very happy with it, surely the quality hasn't gone down so much that they only last 18 months now. This is a home printer so it is not used daily, sometimes not even weekly. Thank you! I'm attaching an image of what is going on with the printing.
