Product: HP Envy 6245
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I had a broadband outage a few days ago and since then I haven't been able to get my Envy 6245 printer to connect wirelessly to my laptop. I keep getting a message saying "incorrect network security key". I know I am using the correct key and my android phone and tablet are both connecting fine.
I have tried resetting the router and switching off laptop, printer and router but when I switch everything back on, error is still the same. It's driving me mad !
