I got new wifi and since I live in the middle of nowhere I didn't have them put a password on my connection. Now my printer won't connect to the new service I have. I have tried EVERYTHING the virtual assistant and website says to try. I tried calling and speaking to a real person and that's not even an option. I tried connecting to wifi direct and my computer asks for router information, not the wifi direct password. I don't know what to do. My warranty is expired but my device is only a year old. Do I need to unistall everything on my computer? Will that even work if my printer won't acknkowledge my wifi?
