Product: Hp OfficeJet 5230
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the Hp OfficeJet 5230 wifi printer. (My device (Product: M2U82B; Series: [edited])

 

I open a word document and print on my wifi printer.

I open the hp Smart V120.1.741.0 software. I can see the wifi printer.

- If I click "Printer Settings" I can see its settings.

- If I click on NUMERISER , then NUMERISER, on the printer the scan begins, but in Hp smart appears: "Problem scanner has been detected. Restart the printer and try again. If the problem persists, visit the Hp support website.

I uninstalled Hp Smart. Restart the pc, clean with ccleaner. I reinstalled Hp Smart but toukours same problem as with the scanner.

How can we solve that?
