Product: HP Photosmart Premium C310
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP Installer set up keeps popping up.  I've clicked "no"& "cancel", BUT IT STILL POPS UP. I tried "yes" and "retry", which gives me a "fatal error" message and another message saying the printer was "installed with incorrect command codes". I uninstalled the printer, reinstalled, downloaded new drivers, ended the task in task master, BUT IT STILL POPS UP about every 10 seconds.  It has made my PC a horror.  When Windows updated, the scanning feature on my printer no longer worked. After downloading software and following all the scan-doctor suggestions, I found a work around for the scanner, but the HP Smart feature still shows "printer status unknown", the HP Solutions app no-longer works, and the installer continues to pop-up every 10 seconds. I followed the directions of a previous poster with this same issue, but it did not resolve the problem.

 

HOW DO I GET THE HP INSTALLER TO QUIT???
