I have the HP Pavilion Notebook 15.6" Laptop au030wm bought in 2016. On Saturday, I replaced the battery in my laptop with a new one. I turned on the computer to make sure it was working. Everything was fine. I accidently turned off the laptop by pressing the power button. I turned it on again and the keyboard was not working. It did not want to type in my password at all. So they keyboard isn't working or typing at all. It's almost as if it's completely dead. The touchpad and power button work just fine. A USB external keyboard works fine too. I've already tried all the basic solutions like trying to unlock the keyboard, pressing ESC, updating keyboard drivers, uninstalling them, windows updates and updating windows 10, but nothing works. Can someone please help me for an ASAP fix? I'm a college student in the middle of the semester that needs their laptop working ASAP.
