Product: Officejet 8610
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Scan to Computer stopped working. Using latest Mac OS X and HP Smart software. When trying to enable scan to computer from HP Smart, I get the following message: "You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact your network administrator or the person who set up the printer."

I get the same message after reinstalling HP Smart, and restoring the printer to factory settings (not positive this was accomplished)
