Product: HP Envy Photo 6234
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ENVY Photo 6234 wont print. Error message says "remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge making sure correctly installed. If message continues replace cartridge".  I've removed and refit cartridge. I have cleaned it. I have updated firmware. Message still there so I want to replace cartridge but I cant because I'm on Instant Ink and it says it won't send me replacement until I've fixed the error.  Now what do I do?
