Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,
My laptop charges very slow it doesn't matter if am working on it(Surfing web) or when it is turned off. However when I'm working on it charging speed decreases by half like 1% in 30-40 minutes.
Its a new laptop and not been over 10 days .
Model name: Pavilion(15-ec0101AX)
Ram: 8GB
Processor: AMD Ryzen5 3550H
OS: Windows 10 64 bit
