Product: Office Jet Pro 6968
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Your company is not letting customers know when 902/902XL ink will be available.  Your printers are useless, you company is deceitful and not making your customers whole for the inability to use the products we paid for.  What do you intend to do about it NOW??????????????????
