So, I have bought this laptop yesterday, 11/25/2020. And yesterday the OMEN Gaming Hub was working completely fine, I could change the lighting, etc. Everything was perfect! And today, 11/26/2020 I came from school and tried to open the OMEN Gaming Hub with by pressing on the OMEN button on the keyboard, it didn't work. Then I opened the app by clicking it. It asked me to update it, then I clicked on ''Update'', it started updating but then, it suddenly stopped updating and nothing happen. Now I can't control the lighting, I can't open Undervolting or System Vitals.
I've tried to uninstall the OMEN Gaming Hub, it still asked for the driver update. I tried to download all the HP, Windows updates, but nothing worked... Please help me!
More information: When I try to open the Undervolting, it says that the required HP services cannot be found, to fix this click on the ''Update'' button. And when I click on it, it starts loading, but then it suddenly stops, and nothing happens.
When I try to open the System Vitals, it says that I have to update the drive. When I update it, the same thing happens.
I'm so sad about this situation, and I have no idea how to fix this. I'd appreciate the help so much!
Thank you.
