I am trying to set up my computer and for some reason the HP Smart App is not recognizing the printer so I am on the HP Print and Scan Doctor. Everything is fine until I get to the part where it asks for the printers user id and password. I have tried admin for both several times but it is just not working. I'm not sure exactly how to do a factory reset. It is a brand new printer and I am clueless as how to get this going. I start training on 11/30 and need to print several work flows that I will need and would appreciate any help
