HP Recommended
Product: color laserjet pro m254dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I want to downgrade to the previous version because my color laserjet pro m254dw was working with non original hp toner cartridges and after the latest automatic firmware update it doesn't work anymore.
But the printer does not accept any firmware (update or downgrade) while it is not in idle status.
How can I do it?
Can I use the USB Port?
And if not possible, how can I reset it to factory firmware?
Each time you disturb users, you are losing users for the future, please, think about it.
Anybody who buys an hp printer has the right to choose the toner he wants to use.
Doing this, you are "monopolistically" hacking my device.
