On changing a depleted HP tri-colour cartridge the new cartridge came up with the alignment error. Have tried everything in the user guide and online which leaves me with it being a faulty print cartridge or alignment sensor.
The new cartridge is being replaced by the supplier because the print test report indicated a depleted cartridge.
But, I'd like to check the alignment sensor too, just in case it's been smudged due to the repeated reloading attempts.
However, I don't know where or how to locate it and what to do to ensure it's ok.
Please advise asap as I need to do my colour printing urgently.
