HP Recommended
Product: Envy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have 1 printer an HP Envy 7640 which always shows as being offline. Windows shows a second printer as HP52B502 (HP ENVY 7640 series) which is connected. I can print test pages but nothing else will print. Every print job stays in the que with "Error -printing" in the status.
