Product: HP ink 902 and 910

We have 2 printers which both use 902 ink cartridges.  We have had a difficult time obtaining the 902s so we purchased a new HP printer (which we did not even need) because it uses 910 cartridges.  We are now out of all the 902s - still cannot find more (it has been over 4 months now at least) and cannot get the 910 now either!  To top it off, HP has a feature where you cannot print (even in black and white) if all cartridges don't have ink.  They also have a feature where you cannot use an off-brand ink. So, now I have 3 USELESS printers just because of their absolute GREED.  There is no reason for that feature but to force people to purchase more and more of their product, whether you need it or not, and to have a monopoly on the supplies - WHICH THEY CAN'T EVEN SUPPLY.  In this day and age of trying to be environmentally sound, this company is acting completely irresponsible and disgusting.  This is not right.  I am going to file a complaint with the BBB.
