Merry Christmas, and Happy Holidays,
Initially I was having a network issue for some reason. I could print fine, but my scan to email said the user name and password was wrong... which was very odd. I went into my online HP Printer account to see if I could change or update the user name and password. This did not work, nor would any changes or updates to the User Name and Password, take. Finally, I thought that I would turn the power off and on, using the off/on button. I turned it off, waited about 10 seconds, then turned it back on. It cycled, restarted, initialized, then went to a Blue Screen Error B80BCF24. Upon seeing this, I tried to turn it off using the on/off button and received no response. Next, I pulled the plug, waited 1 minute, then plugged it back in (I am not using a power strip). The printer cycled, initialized, ran through its start up sequence, then gave an error, "Printer was not shutdown properly," Then went into a blue screen error: B80BD2F4.
I can not find any information on these error codes. I am unfortunately out of warrenty by a few months, so a bought the HP Cares package. But HP has not recognized the my extended warrenty yet.
I am using a MacBook Pro, OS X Catalina.
