Product: HP Envy Photo 7855
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printer is printed very faded ink.  I have installed brand new cartridges.  The from, sent, to and subject lines when printing an email sent to me is fine and dark, but the body of the email is faded and barely readable.  Please help!
