Product: ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-one
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

My 81-year-old mother purchased an HP Envy Photo 7855 All-in-one printer and lost the set-up cartridges.  I have genuine HP cartridges in the printer but it will not install without the set-up cartridges.  Evidently I need to perform an 00BE reset, but I do not know how to do that.  Please let me know how to do so ASAP, as I am only at my parents' house for another three days.
