Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer stop working and while restarting it continue flashing power button, cancel button, insert page button, information button together with all display icons on display panel

tried following options but none works

- Soft restart by pressing cancel and insert page button for a min 

- hard restart by power button and cancel button with plug of/on 30 sec delay
