Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am on Windows 10  Version 20h2.

 

It sees the printer on my wifi and continues to say Driver is unavailable.  Amazing.  I have gone through several iterations of adding and removing, downloading the entire driver package, going through Print doctor, etc.

 

My other systems can print fine. Only the problem one, my Sony Vaio, has Windows Ver20h2. The others where I can print from fine are Win Ver 1909 and an iPad.  

 

The printer is connected to the wifi and is sitting happily, ready for a print job. HP Smart shows me the correct ink cartridge levels.   But I cannot get Windows to see a driver.  

 

Please help!
