HP Recommended
Product: HP Officejet 5255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Office Jet 5255 works fine when my desktop is using wifi, however when I connect via cat 6 wiring the printer goes to an error state. I have run scan doctor and it isn't able to fix the issue. Thinking it may be a port issue? Any help will be appreciated.
