* it was the surge protected extension lead, we plugged it into a normal socket and it was fine
Hi,
I tried printing today after not having printed for about two months and I noticed that any text I print has white streaks through it and text is cut-off.
I tried all the cartridge realignment and cleaning utilies (both printhead and ink smear, 2 times both) from the HP Smart utility but it made no difference.
I printed out a diagnostic and you can see how parts of the text are cut off.
The ink cartridges themselves have plenty of ink still (as the text indicates).
I already went once through installing and reinstalling the drivers, I don't think it's a software issue.
HP Print and Scan doctor finds no issues either.
What are out options?
Many thanks,
P.S.: For some reason HP is censoring the images I've uploaded, not sure why 😞
