Product: HP Deskjet Plus 4120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When purchased, my HP Deskjet Plus 4120 worked well via Wi-Fi both from PC and cell phone.

After a few months it no longer works from a PC, while from a mobile phone it prints correctly.
I have tried cleaning and reinstalling everything several times but without success. Even "Print and Scan Doctor" doesn't solve anything.
In detail, HP Smart communicates correctly with the printer because it shows for example the ink level, but Windows fails to install the driver (it shows the "printer not installed" warning).
Can anyone give me the direct link to the printer and scanner drivers?
