Product: LaserJet 200 color M251nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The only change that has happened is a windows update and the printer is offline. The printer does go offline a lot. We turn it off and back on. That usually does it. I have tried updating the Firmware, I have factory reset it, I have reconfigured it and I have stood on my head and nothing gets me past this message knowing very well that it is the correct Passphrase. There has no change of router. No change in anything. If I can't fix it by tomorrow, it goes in the trash along with a brand new set of cartridges I haven't even got to use yet, and I will buy a Canon or a Brother or anything that is not HP. Any ideas?
