Product: Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When printing large jobs, some of the pages have creases in the middle. I have run a cleaning cycle but the ink isn't the issue. Attached are pics of the front and back sides of the dreaded crease.
