Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My OfficeJet Pro 8020 keeps printing things in landscape. I have changed the default to portrait in printing preferences in the manage printer tab in the printers and faxes area on my laptop. I have updated the firmware and drivers. I have turned the printer off and on. I have tried using Chrome and Firefox with the same result. I have used Office 365, and it is still defaulting to landscape. I have tried adjust the main tray but I only have one option. The paper is set to plain paper, letter. I have changed the setting to portrait for every type of printing option. It is very frustrating because I have signed up for Instant Ink so if I do not remember to check the settings then I have wasted prints on my count for the month.
