Product: HP 15 black ink cartridge
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Purchased HP 15 black ink cartridge at Office Depot. com for a HP PSC 950 printer. After installation, printer error states incorrect ink cartridge. After reinstalling old HP 15 cartridge has no problem other than low ink. Office Depot does not replace opened ink package. Item still under warranty til Apr 2022. How do a get a RMA# to return for replacement.
