Product: MacBook Air
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

My HP OfficeJet 5745 will not print documents; receive error "blocked photo tray, adjust and retry" I do not print photos. I have tried all suggestions to adjust photo tray; nothing has worked---even hard reset. It was working one minute and the next minute, it would not print. HELP!
