Hi,
I've got that problem to me printer. Black&White printing is fine, but color printing gets fuzzy .. I would say that magenta is too high and cyan is too low or something like that.
I have walked through this community and all related messages to find solution but none has worked so far.

HP Toolbox has been mentioned in some of the replies, but the links to that are obsolete.

Is that tool still valid and where can I get it?

I have installed and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor. It gives question about the cartridges, but the given choices does not include the cartridges CP1215 has CF210 .. CF213.

So, I'm really stucked here.
Can I get, any help from this community to this issue?
