Product: Dell Inspiron 3000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I try to print from my Dell PC, I receive an error message "Printer in an error state 'HPFC99AA (HP OfficeJet Pro 8710)' is in an error state. However, the Printer is powered and ready to go, says its "ready" even on my Dell PC. Both my husband and I can print items from our phones. Today I have plugged my PC into my HP printer with a USB wire and still no luck at printing.
