Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Currently, there is an issue that causes everything to unexpectedly print in monochrome from HP OfficeJet 3830 (and perhaps, other printer models) in Windows 10. Initially, color works fine, but then after a while, the color mode unexpectedly changes to monochrome.

 

The last time I noticed this, I had the 2017 version installed. Does this issue still exist with the latest 2021 update? If so, then we need to tell HP to create an update that will fix the monochrome issue once and for all for HP OfficeJet 3830 (and some other printer models with the same issue).
