Product: Envy 6055
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I set up my Envy 6055 yesterday using the HP Smart app on my Mac.  I was able to get it onto my wi-fi network, and I'm able to print fine from my computer and my iPhone if connected to the same network.  The issue comes when trying to enable Web Services so I can take advantage of those features.  I did manage to enable Web Services yesterday, but my printer refuses to connect to the internet, so Instant Ink and ePrint doesn't work.

 

I spent hours on chat yesterday with technicians controlling my computer, and even they gave up and closed the chat without resolution.  Has anyone run into this and fixed?  I've restored to factory default, re-installed everything from step 1, but no change.  

 

I'm connected through Xfinity, not sure if that makes a difference.  Other devices connected to this wi-fi can reach the internet.  Thanks in advance for any help!
