Product: ENVY TS 15 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently bought a refurbished HP ENVY TS 15 Notebook PC, Serial Number: [Personal Information Removed], Product Number: E3A56PA#ABG

I've searched high and low to find something compatible with this laptop but I can't find anything on the HP website or anywhere else. It's almost like this laptop doesn't exist except physically with me. I asked the HP virtual support assistant and they couldn't find anything. I'm desperate. I need a pen to annotate pdfs and it's impossible with a mouse or my finger. I don't want to end up buying a pen from the stores and end up wasting money because it doesn't work.
