Product: HP DeskJet 2700

I’ve just registered my HP Deskjet 2700 through 123.hp.com .  It comes with 2 month trial with instant ink.  I’m in uk.   However when I try to register with I stand ink to get the 2 month trial it will only offer me USA packages.  I can change the country selector from the default of USA to UK however when I log in it switches back to USA again and obviously I don’t want to pay in dollars and don’t want the cartridges delivering within the USA.  How can I do this in UK?
