Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP OfficeJet 6960 and would like to use the scan option on the printer display to do scanning. It does not seem to work and I can't figure out why. I'm using wireless. I can scan no problem from my laptop using scanning software but would really like to use it on the printer itself.
